why is small intestine in herbivore longer than carnivores?

Since their diet is contained mainly of cellulose products they need a longer small intestine for digestion while in the carnivores they don't need as their is no function specified for cellulose to being digested.

Herbivores eating grass need a longer small intestine to allow the cellulose to be digested. Whereas Meat is easier to digest, hence carnivores like tiger have shorter small intestine.
