A Democratic Government is a system of Government in which the people have the right to vote for  their representatives, Representative that is  confidence, reliable to share with their core issues for democratic development and Constituency.in other word is also a Government of the people, for the people, by the people.

We must understand the decision making is based on ideas and conclusions of  the senates, judiciary and house of assembly representatives. So in this case some delay bound to happened because the legislators are not from same party .more so they have to debate or share vote before they can come to agreement.

Explanation:  democracy is always bound to based on the idea of deliberation and negotiation . because of it some delay is bound to take place in this process of decision making.

Although, the time taken in democracy to come on a decision is worth it as it is more effective and acceptable to the people.

Decision are acceptable as before arriving at a decision will affect different sections in the societies. If any citizen wants to check if the government has followed all the procedure before arriving at any decision, it can be done only and only by the method of transparency.
