In 1996, President Nelson Mandela implemented the Constitution of a newly democratic South Africa. Being the highest law of the land, is considered progressive Constitution in the world, with a Bill of Rights.

The Constitution was brought into action with an acute awareness of the injustices of the country’s non-democratic past.

It is very detailed and is known as the highest law of land.

It cannot be replaced or removed by any other law or government action

Hey, here is your answer
When South africa gained independence, the black people decided to forgive the attrocities of the whites and decided to include them too in their independent country. So the constitution which was formed for South africa did not exclude the rights of the whites. The constitiution was formed keeping in mind the rights of blacks and whites both. Hence the constitution of south africa is called one of the finest constitutions of the world were the oppressed (those who suffered the attrocities) and the oppressers (those who committed attrocities) both were living in harmony.
Hope it will be helpful for you guys...
