Answer:

Explanation:

South Indians are very happy with their Sambhar Rasam Rice, Dosa, idly, Appam and many more varieties prepared from rice. And they surely do not have liking for North Indian’s oily or full of desi ghee type Dishes, perhaps due to the digestion problem..or perhaps to avoid gaining undue weight.

South Indians do not like North Indian varieties of sweets either. ( this too is good as too much of sweets may cause diabetes and weight gain due to sugar). They like to relish Only Paysam ( Rice pudding ie Rice cooked with milk & sugar). Bisi Beli Bhaat is a speciality of down south , a grand treat, something like Veg Biryani of North. Chana Bhatura is also a heavy duty dish of North for South Indians with green chillies dipped in lemon juice and yellow sarson mix.
