spring constant is not inversely proportional to length.
proportional is taken when others are constant.
here force on spring is not constant.
if length is small ,force is also small.
and if length is high ,force on springs is also high.
so as k=F/l it will not change.
spring constant is always constant for a specific spring for small values of l.
