Sugar is a huge organic molecule.Hence it contains covalent bonds making it relativley difiicult to dissolve in a polar solvent like water(however sugar is a polar molecule which makes it slightly easier to dissolve than other covalent compounds)

Answer:

Sugar is more soluble because its particles are too small to be seen by the naked eye.

Explanation:

Sugar dissolves faster in hot water than it does in cold water because hot water has more energy than cold water. When water is heated, the molecules gain energy and, thus, move faster. As they move faster, they come into contact with the sugar more often, causing it to dissolve faster.
