1.Tertiary sector includes the activities that help in the development of the primary and secondary sector.

2. These activities, by themselves, do not produce a good but they are aid or a support for the production processes.

3. For example, goods that are produced in the primary or secondary sector would need to be transported by drugs or trains and then sold in wholesale and retail shops .

4.We also we need to talk to others over telephone or send letters or borrow money from banks to help production and trade.

5. Transport, storage, communication, banking, trade are some examples of tertiary sectors. Since these activities generate services rather than good, the tertiary sector is also called the service sector.

6. The sector of tertiary sector is on the rise in the most developing Nations.
