why is that sky appears white sometimes when you view it in certain direction on hot days? guess and write

when there is excess heat and the cold air ate blowing it made a cyclone like structure which we see as sky appear white i.e the cold air settle down and the hot air goes up and due to by its colapse it turn into a small and invisible cyclone that is why we see the sky appear white .
