IN a region when the air is dry that means the humidity is less which is only possible when the rate of evaporation will be less.thus,we conclude that the air will be dry in a region located far away from sea or large water bodies.secondly,if the pressure will be less the temperature will be high and if in this condition there will be no water body,air will be dry.
