why is the alternative means of substance transport in animals without a circulatory system?why is blood important for larger animals?

blood is nececerry in the larger animal as in case of larger animal the whole part in betwen bones and others will be filled up by blood ...in case of 65-70 kg weight preson the amount of blood present is 6litters
