why is the amount of haemoglobin different in different organisms?

The carrying of Heamoglobin depends on RBC content and the binding capacity of Heamoglobin.

Since the different heamoglobin proteins in different organisms are of different capacity so the amount of heamoglobin varies in all organisms.
