Why is the colour of clear sky blue?

Because blue has the most number of charged particles in the spectrum ... so when the light travels the only colour left is blue

A clear cloudless day time sky is blue because molecules in the air scatter blue light from the sun more than they scatter red light. Due to this the colour of sky is blue.
