why is the cube of a negative number alaway negative and the cube of a positive number always positive?

because - × - = + but - × - × - = -
and + × + =+ and + × + × + = +
same again
if we doing cube of any no.
we get -ive cube if no. is -ive

let an example
-2^3= -2×-2×-2=-8
