It all depends upon the mass ,greater the mass ,more the gravitational force of the planet,And if you are comparing between 2 bodies then lesser is distance between them ,more will be the force!
F=GMm/r²
F=GMm/r²
F = gravitational force between two objects ()
G = gravitational constant ()
M = mass of the first object (kg)
m= mass of the second object (kg)
r = distance between objects (m)

I hope that my answer will help you.
According to UNIVERSAL LAW OF GRAVITATION : The force of gravitation between two object is directly proportional to product of their masses and inversly proportional to distance between their centres.
So, planets who have greater masses than earth , have greater gravitational force of attraction. And planets who have lesser masses than earth having lesser gravitational force of attraction if distance is same.
