Why is the enzyme cellulase used for isolating genetic material from plant cellsut not for animal cell?

hey buddy !! here's your answer...
in plants the cell wall is made of cellulose, so to digest it we need cellulase and get organelles of cell .
but in animal cell there is no membrane whose component is cellulose, therefore cellulase is not used in animal cell.
