first point, there are millions of people available for the work so if one leaves he can be immediately replaced.
second, as there are so many people available the person employing them has a budget and want to finish up the work using as many people as possible.
so as the man power is abundant , the pay decreases (try to understand).
also disguised unemployment can be seen here as more than the required number of people are working on the same job and the total pay of everyone remains the same. in other words a farmer gets less pay than he is supposed to get.
