why is the geometrical isomerism not possible in tetrahedral complexes having two different of unidentate ligands ?

for geo iso, the relative positron of unidentate ligands attached to central metal atom shall be unequal but tetra hedral have identical ligands and show optical isomerisms and thus does not show geo iso.......
