Answer: Human heart is made up of myocardial muscles which are special kind of cardiac muscles found only in heart.

human heart is made up of three muscular walls/layers:-

  •  epicardium (external layer)
  •  myocardium (middle layer)
  •  endocardium (inner layer)

Out of three myocardium is the thickest one.

Coordinated series of actions ( contraction and relaxation ) occurs which are controlled by special apparatus present inside the heart are SA node, AV node, bundle of his, purkinje fibres.
