Why is the inside of the house with tin roof very hot in summer and very cold in winter?

Because tin metal is a good conductor of heat . so, it conducts heat and become hot during the summer and it cools rapidly during the winter as it's molecules loses their kinetic energy as it is cold at the outer surface of tin.
