Why is the issue of sustainability important for development

Hi friend,

Every generation wants to get the maximum benefits of the resources available,but such things vould be quite disastrous. This is because the resources will get exhausted within some time and the future generations will be deprived of these resources.
The issue of sustainability is important for development because:

1. Development must be in relation with the future.

2. Exploiting resourced unethically may undo the development a country gas achieved.

3. The stock of resources are limited . So,the growth of all countries in future is likely to be endangered if thr limited resources are completely exhausted.

Sustainable development means that development should be done but without causing any harm to the environment and also it should not compromise with the needs of future generations.
