why is the judiciary of india considered one of the most powerful judiciary in the world? pl answer fast i need for pre board tomm.

Indian Constitution has established an integrated judicial system with Supreme Court at top and high courts below it. There is hierarchy of subordinate courts. Unlike USA where is double system of courts-one for Centre and other for states.
Also in India judiciary is independent body where parliament cannot interfere in the decisions of Supreme Court which help in somewhat less corruption. Also there is no role of parliament in appointment of judges of Supreme Court which are appointed by President in consultation with the members of judiciary itself. They is security of tenure of judges. Constitution prohibits any discussion in parliament regarding the conduct of Supreme Court judges in discharge of duties except impeachment motion which is under parliament
