because the satellite is moving around the earth in with constant speed in circular orbit. both the earth and the satellite are undergoing circular motion.

The direction of motion of the earth and the satellite is changing continuously,so when the direction is change its velocity will be change and when velocity change the body undergoes acceleration hence, the motion of satellite arond the planet considered as accelerated motion
