Why is "The" not referred with India but with "The USA"?

Well, That's because we can't use 'the' before a proper noun. And India is a proper noun. While USA isn't. You might ask me why?

The reason why USA isn't a proper noun is purely because USA isn't actually a name, It represents a collection of regions. Therefore, we can add the before USA but not before India

In simple language,India is only one country so we must not use the before it 

But USA is the combination of so many regions.
