- If any one whether the his own people did not agree with this policies or decision then they were guillotine.
- His government issued laws placing a maximum ceiling on wages and prices.
- Meat and bread were rationed.
- The use of expensive white flour was forbidden; all citizens were required to eat the equality bread.
- Instead of the traditional Monsieur (Sir) and Madame (Madam) all French man and women were henceforth Citoyenne ( Citizens).
