Indian President is a nominal head. Like the President, the Governor is also the constitutional and nominal head of the stategovernment. The Chief Minister is the real head of the State Government. He heads the Council of Ministers in the state.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :-

In India, President is Constitutional Head . But as enshrined in Constitution ( Article 74 (1) , the president shall acts on the advise of Council of Ministers and Prime Minister and shall act accordingly.

At the most, the president can send the bill passed by both the houses of the for reconsideration. However , if the bill is gain sent back for his assent ,he has no option but to give his approval. That is why President in India, who is elected indirectly , is called a titular head only and the real power lies with the PM and his council of ministers.
