excretion helps remove nitrogenous wastes like urea and uric acid from the body without excretion these would keep piling up on the body to tpxic levels eventually leading to death.

2). If the waste doesn't get out of our body it can cause serious problems like food poisoning.

3). The wastes in our body are carbon dioxide, Urea, faeces and uric acid.
