First converting everything into Mole Ratios
7 Grams Of Fe = 7/55.5 ≈ 1/8 = 0.125
4 Grams Of S = 4/32 = 0.125
Both are reacting in 1:1 Ratios
Fe + S → FeS
FeS is called a compound as it exhibits different properties than it’s consistuents
Ie It is not magnetic where Iron is magnetic
