light consist of different wavelengths. the light with shorter wavelength is scattered by the particles easily. when seen on visible spectrum the blue light has the shortest wavelength. hence it is scattered more easily. this is the same reason the plants in deep sea are red because in deep sea only red light reach because it has larger wavelength and is not scattered easily.

Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth's atmosphere blue is scattered more than colour because is travel as shorter smaller waves this is why we see Blue sky most of the time
