because it is the time in all the places which lie in one longitude

We calculate any place's local time by comparing and calculating the distance of longitudes between that place and the zero degree longitudinal place Greenwich city.

By applying this theory a country has several local times in it's longitudinal extent.

This time difference in a same country creates difficulties and confusion in the official works.

That's why a standard time or an average time is used as the ideal time of that country to avoid such time differences in a same country or region.
