During summer season Female mosquito need our blood as meal so that they can reproduce. But during sucking blood some the malarial parasites enter into our blood and then liver and derive nutrition from liver cells and then enter into RBCs. They rupture RBCs by a chemical. In this way we suffer from mosquito borne diseases. Other parasite have similar story but for the sake of simplicity I give you example of malaria.
