In the daytime we see the sun shine. Our sun is a very bright star. The sun's bright light blocks out other stars. It blocks out stars that are not as bright.

The sun is the only star that can be seen during the daytime because, it is having that much heat that it hides all the star which can be seen in the sky, In other words: Stars do glow in daytime but we can't see them because of the glare of sunlight.
