Tertiary sector has become important in India because : (i) Basic services like hospitals, education, post and telegraph, courts, etc. are the responsibility of the government in developing countries. ... Hey there ,

The tertiary sector is the connection of the products to the customers.

It includes transportation , setting of shops etc.

This is a major sector , it does not only serve to the customer, but is also a link between the primary and the secondary sector.

The transportation of raw goods from the primary to secondary sector helps in furthur processing of objects.

So we find that there is a lot of employment possible in this sector,

Hence there is a large growth in this sector.

HOPE IT HELPS!!!
