Using seed drills is more advantageous as compared to sowing seeds by broadcasting methods.
This is because in broadcasting methods the seed are not evenly dispersed which causes the competition of nutrients and minerals for the survival of seeds but when using a seed drill the seeds are evenly dispersed that reduces the competition of nutrients and minerals for their living.

Using seed drill is a modern method of farming as it is more easy to do as compared to sowing seeds by broadcasting method.

In today's generation, sowing seeds by seed drill is a better way because it can sow many seeds at a time than broadcasting.  

Also, seed drill saves our time, as it can be done faster than broadcasting.
