In a democratic country, there is a very less chance of famine because democratic institutions, regular, free and fair elections, independent courts, free press and civil society are very effective in enhancing the basic rights of people.

It especially includes the basic right to food. So if opposition parties show some interest then accountable governance and a good production lead to failure of famines. Government is able to provide effective food prices which support the vulnerable citizens.

By the enforcement of opposition parties, an anti-corruption system and effective public interventions in the agriculture sector and food availability declines the building up of a famine. Good nutrition policies are a very important factor in eradicating the chance of famines.

Therefore opposition parties can draw attention towards eradicating the hunger and starvation.

Hope this will help you.

Individuals are allowed to have confidence in and practice any religion isn't a substantial reason in light of the fact that there are lesser changes for starvation to occur in a law based nation. This is on account of practicing of a religion isn't at all related famine.

Famine is a circumstance in which huge quantities of individuals have almost no sustenance, and a significant number of them die. A large number of displaced people are caught by war, drought, and famine. The civil war is blocking conveyance of starvation alleviation by aid agencies.
