there is a need for resource planning because of the following reasons:
1) so that the resources could be used for future.
2) the resources such as fossil fuel, crude oil are non renewable. non renewable means which cannot be renewed by any chemical, physical, and mechanical method. that will not be available for future so we must plan and use them efficiently.
3)the best method for resource planning is sustainable development.
