Why is there a no. 1 when inbetween o and 1 there is an infinite amount of numbers which means it doesnt end?

Between any 2 rational numbers we can insert infinite rational numbers this is called density property.
Between 0 and 1 we can insert infinitely many rational numbers.
0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 04, .....0.11, 0.12, 0.13,....0.21,.0.22,.....0.9,....like this
