why is there a time lag of two hours from Gujarat to arunachal Pradesh

becoz we know that gujarat is in west and arunachal pradesh in east, so we also know that sun is rise from east thats y there is 2 hour time lap between ap and gujarat

Because sun raises in Arunachal Pradesh before Gujarat.
