the need for conserving wildlife can be brought under two categories:
1)Consequential 2)Moral
consequential:Wildlife regulates the atmosphere of our planet for ex fauna(plants and trees) provide us with oxygen that is essential for our survival,in their absense,we will be breathing toxic, oxygen defficient air that wouldn't let us survive.
Wildlife provides us with resources for survival like wood, milk, honey, crops, food, fruits and the list is endless.Infact Some tribal communities of the world are entirely dependent on animal, naturally derrived sources.
This category is self explanatory and obvious, without wildlife we and our planet is doomed,we need bees to pollinate flowers we need worms for a fertile land we need insects and microbes to decompose waste or do nitrogen fixation without this entire ecosystem, the chances of our survival are slim.
2)Moral:With to our continuous efforts towards unsustainable and inexpensive industrialisation,we have heavily polluted our environment over time which has lead to climate change that has rendered the environment unsuitable for life on earth.Since we are the ones responsible for this and not the animals hence it is barbaric to cause them any kind of discomfort and pain and we must take responsibility to conserve this beautiful life and planet we call our home

Answer:

because they are very helpful to us in many ways :- like if some animals are died , then they are eaten by wild animals , if they were not then , our earth would be covered with swamy land , and full of smell
