Rutherford's alpha particle scattering experiment give the evidence of nucleus in an atom.

he conclude that:-

1.most of the alpha particles pass straight through the gold foil.

2.a few alpha particles are deflected through small angle or large angles.

3.a very few alpha particles completely rebounded on hitting the gold foil.

The vitamins can be directly absorbed by the living cells.Hence there is no need of enactment of enzymes for further breakdown of vitamins to get absorbed by cells and they are absorbed directly from the digestive tract and transported by the blood to the cells. Hence in the living body there is no enzymes to digest vitamins.
