hey friend,
______________________________

Top soil contains humus and other organic substances which are renewable but top soil is still considered as a non-renewable resource. This is because weathering is a slow process, it takes over thousands of years to form one layer to soil and this process takes time more than a human lifespan. Therefore, it is considered as a non-renewable resource.
