why is unemployment a peculiar problem to india?

as many of children or adults who are highly experienced,skilled,educated are unemployed as it is a peculiar problem as they are not able to find any job and maintain their family and to complete their needs...they are unemployed because of the increase of population in our country..as many of people are getting jobs every day year month and alll but those who are wholly educated but are unemployed remain same in their future...and there are many few chances of them to be employed...
