Vaccination is a mode of immunization where an inactive or dead foreign agent ( antigen ) is introduced in the body .
The inactive or dead antigen upon entry activates the immune system and generates an immune response ( forms antibodies against antigen or the foreign agent) in the body post identification of the antigen.
Hope this will help you :-))
