hey mate here is your answer ^_^

to stay healthy, our body also not sufficient amount of water. Water help us to digest food and to remove waste from our body .lt help the body absorb the nutrients properly .Water makes am nearly 70% of our body weight. Some water is lost from the body everyday to replenish is that water, one must drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day.
