Why is water not suitable for extinguish a fire is an electrical appliance plz do describe in just 4 lines

It will extinguish a fire but if the electricity is still running then it is a major risk for electrocution. It also destroys most electronic devices. Once the power is off, water works as well for this as any other fire.

It will damage the Electrical appliance. Using water while extinguishing Fire can give us a shock and it is also dangerous for us to use water. It can also damage the another Electrical appliances including TV, refrigerator etc.
