The shape of earth is g-oid shape which means it is flattened at the poles and bulging at the equator. So a person at poles is more closer to the centre of earth than from the equator so earth's gravitational force is more at poles and it pulls objects at the poles with more force. One can use the formula g force = (G×Mass of earth × mass of body ) ÷ (Radius of earth at that point )^2
