why it is advisable to breathe from our nose not from our mouth

it is so because when we breadth from nose the small hair cells present in our nose clean the dust particles and germs from air we inhale which prevents us from viral diseases and if we breadth from our mouth then dust particles and germs will not be cleaned and can cause diseases. now there is a question that arises that if the small hair cells present in our nose cleans the dust particles and germs then why we suffer from cold? It is so because when the dust particles are enter our nose they get caught by the small hair inside our nose and when large amount of dust particles are caught by the small hair they cause cold
