Since , P = F/A ,
Since , P is inversely proportional to A , since , a blunt knife accquires less pressure due to large area on vegetable so thats why it is difficult A increases so P decreases ,

We know that ,
⇒
Pressure is inversely proportional to force and area . So ,when pressure increases the Force and Area Decreases.
Similarly , as in the case of blunt knife the Force and Area is increased , so the pressure decreases. That's why it is difficult to cut the vegetables with blunt knife with less amount of pressure.
