This is so because the concentration of of salt in the seawater of dead sea is much more than any other sea, its 9 times more than any other ocean. This makes the water denser.
The whole lake is 34 % salty whereas our body is made up of 30 % of salts.
As, the water is more denser than the body.
Therefore, we float on the water.
