why it is difficult to lean backward

I am giving two answers for this:

It is difficult to learn backward because the tween of a physical structure is less and unsteady  equilibrium set up and arrive back to its original position.

It is difficult due to the structure of human beings and we took action averse to gravity. By seeing your feet you understand that  It is hard to adverse action against the gravity during the time of learning backward. It is because feet are 
indicating towards front side.

  According to my knowledge it is due to human anatomy. And when we lean

   backwards we do work against gravity.
