Why it is difficult to walk on an extra smooth floor?

Because the friction is reduced to minimum... And hence we don't have grip on the floor

Of course it is very very difficult to walk in the smooth ground because the smooth surface has more amount of friction thus it is very difficult to walk in smooth surface.For example when we walk in the oil surface and a better example for this is when we slide on ice glides we esily slip and slide on ice surface because ice more more amount of friction.
